[DRBD-user] Identifying High iowait on DRBD Computers

Here's what I know so far: the iowait problem happens when the DRBD
nodes are connected, even when they are both UpToDate. 

Right now iowait has been great for a few hours, probably because the
secondary is not connected. When the secondary comes up, and iowait goes
up (as I expect it will) then I will pause the resync. If that does not
calm it down, I will disconnect the secondary from the resource and see
if that makes iowait drop. If it does, then we definitely have some kind
of problem with DRBD itself.
