Following your comments, you should be using
address sdp 192.168.90.1:7778 <http://192.168.20.1:7778>;

Instead of:
address sdp 192.168.20.1:7778 <http://192.168.20.1:7778>;

We have IB working in centos 5.5 too, without problems. Let me know if 
it's not this!
