Now that Andrew provides and excellent how-to in his Clusters From Scratch documentation, there is no need to duplicate that information anymore. - Added a deprecation warning to the chapter on OCFS2. The configuration outlined there is for legacy (non-Pacemaker) clusters only; everyone who is setting this up from scratch should just use Pacemaker and its built-in OCFS2 DLM management. - Added CC-BY-SA licensing information. - Various scattered style, typo, and grammar fixes.
