[DRBD-user] f11 resource-agents conflicts with drbd...

DRBD packaging is currently undergoing a big makeover. The relevant
changes aren't merged into our main code branch yet. Until then, please
be patient. You don't need to notify anyone; all the relevant people are
well informed.
