Sorry, I cannot help you with your infiniband connectivity,
just the same as I cannot fix your ethernet switch,
or plug your network cables into the right ports ;)

First get your infiniband and SDP stuff working,
then tell DRBD to use it.

Does it work with IPoIB?
Does it work for your favorite network testing tools?
Do they work with LD_PRELOAD=libsdp.so ?

I'm sure the infiniband and ofed people are happy to help you out.
