hm. then maybe you need to mkdir /var/lib/drbd?
(it should be created on installation, though).
that is where drbdadm stores your answer,
or the fact that it has contacted usage.drbd.org already.

I'll have a look and put a sanity check in there,
so it won't become nagware just because of a missing directory.
