Hi,

We've correctly setup dom0's with failover, you have to size your
hardware correctly and use a distributed filesystem or control correctly
when the resources
are active or passive. We use drbd helper script provided by xen to
control when the resource is active or pasive, you have to patch some
lines in xen source.

Either you can't use ext3 with two primary nodes.
