Just replaced a failed physical volume that was part of a logical
volume device under drbd and after doing all the nitty gritty work
(pvcreate/vgcreate/lvcreate/mkfs/resize2fs) right after re-attaching
the backing device to the drbd block device I see the syncing going on
from the primary, before connecting them?!?
