As indicated previously on this list, pre-2.6.21 OCFS2 was suffering from a 
bug that prevented it from working on top of DRBD, which Phil fixed.

When exactly that fix made it into the SUSE kernel tree, or whether "your" 
2.6.22 bears significantly close resemblance of a vanilla 2.6.22 I have no 
way of knowing. But you may take a look at this ocfs2-devel message and 
cross-check against the SUSE kernel sources:
