So, Mujtaba, - check whether you can get a raw TCP connection between both hosts on port 7788/tcp; - check whether a firewall happens to be blocking incoming or outgoing DRBD traffic; - check whether an SELinux/AppArmor/whatever policy impedes your DRBD connection; - and fix any associated issues.
