[DRBD-user] primary reboot

Hello!

I started playing with drbd 8.0.4, setup 2 machine with primary/secondary
config, and works great!
Im not using heartbeat, as I do not need auto failover.

If I reboot the secondary, the incremental sync works nice

but

If I reboot the primary, a device state change happens, and after reboot
drbd show secondary state on my primary machine too.

Is this the correct behaviour? Or my setup wrong somehow?
