[DRBD-user] drbdadm secondary all command exits value 20

OS Version : Red Hat Enterprise Linux ES release 4 (Nahant Update 3)
Drbd Version: drbd-8.0.0

Very Rarely when drbdadm secondary all command given with exits value 20
any pointers to this problem
