[DRBD-user] Does the Primary DRBD node continue to provide service while resyncing

If I have a system where one node goes down and the system comes back in a
split-brain scenario, will the DRBD drives on the Primary node still be
accessible while the secondary is resyncing?  

I would assume that it would but just need to make sure.
