After climbing the hill "YOU via M$ ISA Server" the update succeeded and now we created a filesystem on the drbd-device.

You need to update to the latest post-SP1 kernel via YOU; that should provide you with kernel 2.6.5-7.151 and drbd 0.7.5-0.16.
If the problem persists, please file a bugzilla.
