no. it uses the block device itself.
it will _destroy_ 128 MB of that block device,
irreparably damaging any existing file system.
and it will not even ask you for confirmation.
similar to dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/hda1.
if you don't mean it,
just DO NOT DO THAT then.
