OK, results of my today's tests are as follows:

- Both source and target think that resync is complete simultaneously,
so the original problem does not show up anymore.

- After a couple of switchovers, manual fsck finds some corruptions.

- `quotaoff' (or possily `umount') hanged on me, while they did *not*
hang before the patch.  Because of this, if I tried to shut primary by
`shutdown', I got "bad" switchover (drbd on the primary did not
disconnect).  If I brutally powered it down, switchover went smoothly.

During the weekend, I'll be trying to figure with more certainty if
corruption is related to ext3+quota or to drbd.
