Thank you for your help.

Can it be possible  using the drbd-mc i can upgrade the current versions of HEARBEAT without disturbing the current setup or configuration of the production cluster inorder to use the drbd-mc's full feature.

Hello Team,

I tried the DRBD and Heartbeat Management Console (i.e.DMC-0.9.9.jar file)? on already existing
environment with DRBD and Heartbeat...but shows Pacemaker/Heartbeat not
installed while it show the DRBD installed. 

Does it not recognise the Heartbeat (is pacemaker different from heartbeat) that comes with the
Debian/Squeeze? Or? is it necessary to have Pacemaker/HB?

Requesting for your guidance.

It works (the cluster manager part) only in Pacemaker/CRM mode. You
can see the Pacemaker as a Heartbeat plugin. In your case you can skip
this dialog and only use the DRBD part of the GUI.
