In the DMC it is called "Host Locations" and there you can select where
you wish a resource to be run. Some more complicated rules are still not
available, but basic "eq" and "ne" rules are possible.

I am also planning to go through the Pacemaker GUI one more time and
implement whatever I am missing. :)

Well in this case I wonder why it is not asked on node1. Anyway, I will
fix it for Windows in some future release.
