As I said, with this heartbeat version you would have to wait for the next 
release, or try the http://git.drbd.org/, when I will make a commit sometime 
tomorrow.

For mgmtd you have to add a line like this to the ha.cf config file:
"apiauth mgmtd   uid=root"

In the next DRBD-MC version, it will be generated automatically.
