csync2 to use a specific interface?

Gentlemen,

I've done quite a bit of googling and have
not been able to find anything regarding the ability to force csync2 to use a
specific interface. Is it really possible? I've tried using the hostname@interface configuration option
as well as calling csync2 with the -N hostname option, but identification
still fails...

It works normally, but I have a virtual interface set on
eth0:0 (only 1 NIC on the servers) and since the address on eth0:0 does not
match the hostname being provided (because eth0 "has" that hostname), I keep
getting failures...

Thoughts? Suggestions?

Thanks in
advance!

--
Sherwood McGowan
Telecommunications
