[Csync2] Difference between dry-run[csync2 -xd] and checking without syncing[csync2 -cr /]?

Dear fellows,

I'm curious whether there're any differences in executing csync2 -xd and csync2
-cr /

I fiddled with it a little, they both check any changes found in the local
file-system, update the database, mark them as dirty(if any found), but no
further synchronizing work is done.
