[Csync2] csync2 -f command not working version v2.0-rc1

Hi,

I noticed that when csync2 is executed the first time, no matching files on
source and target all works fine, subsequent runs thereafter fail to update
claiming that both sides are dirty. Executing -f command to resolve
conflict (even though there shouldn't be any) doesn't resolve issue.

Please advice.
