It depends...

What volume of data (number of files, number of megabyte, file size
distribution, in total) are we talking about?

What is the change rate (how much of that changes per unit time,
how many files are deleted/created/modified, what sizes,
per hour/per day)?

How closely is the interoperation between offices,
i.e. how "immediate" do you want updates in the other offices?
How fast do you actually *need* the updates in the other offices?

At least give us some "rough estimates".
