[Csync2] Errors when running csync2

There is no master/peers. You can see every node as peers, or as
masters.
Changes are pushed, so if the change happens on a another node,
that node has to push the change to all others.

Everywhere where changes happen, csync2 -[xu] has to be run...
You can however deny some nodes the right to push, but that
wouldn't have any use, since the changes will be queued.
