[Csync2] Question regarding setup on a centos 5.3

I thought it might be helpful to post the attached patch.  I apply this
to the shipped RPM spec file to get it to build as we want, namely a
/etc/csync2 configuration directory.

However, it also includes the pre-requisites to get SSL working on
CentOS/RHEL.
