The ChangeLog file says, "Please fetch the ChangeLog directly from the
subversion repository: svn log -v http://svn.clifford.at/csync2/"

That doesn't seem to work:

$ svn log -v http://svn.clifford.at/csync2/
svn: PROPFIND request failed on '/csync2'
svn: Could not open the requested SVN filesystem
