[Csync2] Released csync2-1.34

Hi,

I've released csync2-1.34. It contains some fixes for *BSD systems,
the SIGALARM related fix from Ulrich Weber, and some small fixes
from Lars Ellenberg regarding the -TT mode and handling of
'Identification failed!' errors. It can be downloaded as usual from:
