Note that this distribution is obviously broken.

After I have seen that the FC4 libtasn1 package is missing a libtasn1.m3
aclocal file (and that there is no libtasn1-devel package), I have lost all
interest in fixing obscure redhat related problems for free. I have some
odd hobbies. Working around the braindead bugs in commercial distributions
is not one of them.
