[Csync2] csync2-1.24 released

Hi,

I have released csync2-1.24 now. The new source tar.gz can be found, as
usual, at http://oss.linbit.com/csync2/.

Changes:

 * Added -A option
   (asynchronous database access, for the brave only)

 * Added -X option
   (also add removed files to the dirty DB in -TI mode)

 * Fixed handling of non-local actions
   (thx to Miguel Cabeca for the bug report)
